deep night
snow falling through
the silence

Lovely, Bill.

I can't post on Warren's blog, not even to tell him I can't. I just get a flashing white page.

good to meet you, Sic.

Gillena, I've left a message at warren's blog regarding the problem you mention. You can apparently access it via the link I provide; I've had no trouble.

Warrens blog and that text is here.

By the way; we have presidential elections going on here in Finland. - Still 30% doesn't know to whom they'll give their votes.

In Finland the president is quite "silent"; not allowed to say, or do nearly anything... ;-(

We changed our constitution after Mr Kekkonen had too much to say and do :-) And I think we are in a swamp now? Hss, don't reveal me to the Finnish Secret Police.

deep silence -
wintry snows
not allowed to vote

well, I'm glad to know that the US isn't the only country mired in political insanity.

Gorgeous poem, Bill - I could use other descriptors but the quiteness and calm imparted in your poem makes it a gorgeous haiku to me,

P.S. - I think I got the problem of posting on my blog repaired. Had to change settings after I changed my template.

Again - love this haiku.
