Oh wow...fascinating and evocative play on "fog lifting"...bringing to mind, in a strange way the tree I looked at earlier today, so large and, the bank around it having eroded, holding on so tight to a single large rock....
Oh, nice one. So few words but such clarity. The things that shift and those that don't, the hidden and the shown. Lots of good mist writing about at the moment!
