Look at it this way: Even coffee gone cold is coffee.Thanks aurora, floots, and polona.
There's truth here... btw, I'll still drink it even when it's cold (however I don't put cream and sugar in it...).

Coffee and Summer are both still hot here. When the temps start to drop I'll microwave the coffee, and wish Summer was already back.
I have this habit of letting my coffee go cold and then drink it in one breath!
