Did you have this one at Haiku Hut? Looks familiar - I printed a long list of haiku based on dandelions yesterday and read some of them. Whether you did or not, it's really nice.
I like the surprise in this Haiku Bill, the reader is expecting to see the light dandelion fluff taken up by the wind, its a common experience, but instead you add the element of surprise by introducing the laughter of a child; this is exquisite.
