Super! I love the sense of gentle rebuff - but then the longer lingering sense of better to be loved for at least something than nothing.
yes the mystery is in the space in between ... the parts she liked vs not like, ambivalence, other emotions ... i cant helping thinking if its an haiku liking parts is a biggie ! lovely to read you again >>> Gina
