like Denis, I can feel the wind -- and also I can hear the seagulls!
One of the first pictures I took up here was of gulls on a snowy roof. Your picture is clearer! :)

You only use the word "rise," but I can picture the gulls flapping their wings and hear the soft noise that it makes.
anon: "rise" was a late choice in the process, but, from what I'm hearing, it seems to be a key element.
